This movie is a mess. just a jumble of like three different movies trying to be cool and funny. at first, it was diary of a wimpy kid: the long haul (parents taking their kids on a road trip trying to get rid of technology and convince their children that's it's negative) and the goofy movie (parents trying to connect with their growing kids. at that point, it was bearable, then it just spiraled into a cloudy with a chance of meatballs meets terminator thing. all in all, it looks horrible. the art style is cute though.
Gia đình willoughby ma. Well that is a good concept, but how do you make it exciting? ROBOT INVASION. Whoever wrote this movie tried so hard to include every single demographic, life style, personality, location, nostalgia, let's not forget a narrator. Animation was great, But the story line wasn't focused. Most likely it was a good story and too many people got involved and this is the result. O filme é incrível. Trailer gia đình willoughby. Is it really a surprise that Netflix is having some of the best movies? Not only that, but it's innovating with its anination. Klaus was an example of that innovation, and this is the next. It reminds me both of Coraline and A Series of Unfortunate Events. Coraline as an animation style (even though it's not really stop motion) and Lemony Snicket with its story's style. It also seems like a parody of Lemony Snicket, and it's just as good! The story is pretty silly, and also pretty dark sometimes, but there is a lot of character development, and it does relate somewhat to real life, although it is exaggerated and mixed with some fun elements for kids. Anyway, I love this movie, and I think more people should appreciate it for what it is.

The movie is showing us how we get affected by the technologies. The vast majority of the jokes fall entirely flat and I think an insanely fast-paced movie with an hour-and-half runtime should have been way more entertaining. The major issue I have with this, though, is that it keeps shifting from one interesting storyline to another, and trying to convince us every time it that this would be the basis of the plot, before almost abandoning them and settling on a rather far less interesting and original plotline to serve its message, which is very problematic.
That said, I did enjoy this. It's so silly, for better or worse, and has a tinge of freshness, extremely eccentric and quirky characters (I think these parents are the creepiest I've seen in any movie) and breezy animation style similar to what Kris Pearn has done in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. But, to be honest, the intrusive meta-narrator cat is the true highlight of the movie.
